t h e Shadow
Grief, shame, fear, guilt, disempowerment, illusions, betrayals, abandonment, attachment, addictions … all examples of rejected aspects inside our psyche.

Fragments outside of us, mirror what we have buried away deep within.

These and other suppressed dynamics lead to patterns of negative emotional states. They show up as the archetypes of our enemies in our daily in some varying form or another triggering our core wounds.
